Lemon Garlic Salmon


- 4 salmon fillets

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 lemon, juiced and zested

- 1 tsp olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley for garnish


1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish.

3. Mix minced garlic, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

4. Pour lemon garlic mixture over salmon fillets, ensuring each is fully coated.

5. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked and flakes quickly with a fork.

6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
